My HUD`s don´t work

Hello everyone and forgive me if this is posted in wrong forum, but i have a problem with my HUD.

i have an AO and the Hug&kiss it have stoped working and my avatar is just the basik boy standing animations, i use firestorm viewer and have tryed everything, then i tryed to log in from mobile app Lumydia, and it is still the same, when i try to use the HUD for both animations nothing happens, and if i wear a HUD no matter which one, nothing happens when i click on them.

the problem seems only to be on my main Avatar, i have an ALT and when i log in as him, all seems working normal.

i have tryed to make a fresh and clean install of the latest firestorm wiever.

can anyone help?

Are you sure you are not on a sim that has the running of scripts disabled?

yes im in my linden home, i have tryed almost everything, and it seems not to be a Firestorm viewer problem, because it is the same if i log in with lumydia mobile app,

also if i log in with my alt, i dont have any issues

Try to get a redelivery: Both my AO and my bento head got broken by SL, sometimes it just needs a new one...

Try the following, in this exact order:

1. Firestorm viewer menu: Avatar > Avatar Health > Refresh Attachments
2. Remove the AO and the Hug & Kiss HUD
3. Firestorm viewer menu: Avatar > Avatar Health > Stop Avatar Animations & Revoke Permissions
4. Right-click yourself and select Appearance > Reset > Skeleton & Animation
5. Relog
6. Re-attach the AO and Hug & Kiss HUD
