no voice in any viewer

after  update  of  avast  I do  not have voice  in any  viewer  in the official  viewers 1  and 2  it tells me to close the sl before  open  a new  or restart the system. I restart the  system  and  it  gives me  the same  message  if I  make  the trick  with

 that torley said  in a youtube video.  I will  loose  my  voice  , in  preference  it tell me  voice  chat is not  avaliable

I am editing  again  the  question to answer  to  your  questions  the message  in  sl  official viewers  is the Second  Life  is already  running.

Check  your Task bar for a minimize of the programi. If this message persists, restart your computer.

I am  restart my computer and  it tells me the same .After  the trick  of  torley  it opens but  in preference  it itells  me that  voice   chat is not avaliable. and  this happend  in any  viewer  I am using.

And  last  I have  change  the rythm  both to avast  and   to windows firewall  to make an  exception  to  sl viewers

Make sure that the Voice Plugin is not being blocked by your firewall or any antivirus programs.

The Region Voice Echo Canyon is an excellent place to test Voice. The Region is provided by Linden Labs. If Voice does not work properly in that Region, your problem may be your pc's settings.
