Hi Leah,

Have you downloaded the Viewer yet? If not go to https://secondlife.com/support/downloads/?lang=en-US

After you have downloaded and installed the viewer, click the icon on your desktop to open it and you can then login using your username and password.

You will start off in Basic Mode and when you feel comfortable you can change to Advanced mode which has all the features.
