What do the numbers represent after the Land Title for example

I know below the 3072m is the total area, what are the numbers in parentheses?

Dundrum (160,168) Moderate 3072m

That's the coordinates of the middle of the parcel being sold. Each sim measures 256 by 256 metres and can be divided into many parcels, so this is how a parcel is identified.

Note that to actually TP there, you need to add a third value for elevation -- 160,168,20 or such

I don't think so, Lil.  If you fail to specify the elevation, I think you arrive at your last known elevation.

Yes, if you don't override it.  However, new people have been know to pull up the map and put in the info that they see and clear the elevation field because whatever they saw only had 2 numbers.  We had a couple of questions here about why the map wouldn't work because of that.
