they remove my cap on market '' Intellectual Property Policy'' is it caused by new era sign or NY sign ? if i remove the new era sign may i be able to sell it? don't think NY, LA or anythings else cause it. no? sorry for my error im bad in english, (im french)

When I had an item removed  for IPP I submitted a ticker  to ask the reason and they told me (it was posted in the wrong category) so you should probably do the same rather than trying to guess, just in case you guess wrong and it gets removed again.
