Well if you have no ID and you have no way to create payment info, then you have no way to get Adult verified.  Plenty of General and Moderate sim out there to enjoy.

As a side note, you probably should have an ID since you are 18 or older.  At least I'm assuming you signed up as someone over 18.  Kinda hard to do much of anything adult online without a way to validate your ID.

No ID, No payment method? You have maybe a driving licence or a passport ? You can use them also.
