(I'm guessing the Linden viewer.)

Depending how much your other settings matter to you, maybe just wipe them and start over by deleting the settings.xml file... and you're on a Mac, so I have no idea where that is. Or, wherever that file is, you may be able to preserve the other settings by text editing that file and changing just the value for that UIScaleFactor variable.

Did you actually read that post?

Start up your viewer but do NOT log in to SL.  While you are at the login screen, click on "Debug" in the upper left corner of the screen and then select "Debug Settings".  Type in UIScaleFactor.  You'll see this:

Click the "Reset to Default" button, which should reset the value to 1.000 from whatever you accidentally set it to yourself. Then you may log in.
