visa debit card declined

Hello i was wondering why my debit card keeps being declined it is visa and not prepaid?

Because it's a debit card.  No debit cards or prepaid cards allowed.

You may have had an old one that worked, but since the change in the credit processor over a year ago, any new (or reissued/upgraded card) falls under the new rule.

This is a question only your Visa card provider can answer. You need to ask them.

It has to be a real credit card or a Verified PayPal account or a Skrill account.

This is at the country level, and I think comes down to the banking system of your country. I pay with a mastercard debit card.

My guess is that LL sees it as a true credit card even if it is considered a debit card on your side.

You can add your Visa debit card as a funding source for PayPal and use that to make payments with SL
