updates for Outfits

Okay so I have a question. been gone from second life over 3 to 5 years and have not been keeping up with times. what is the best way to get update for a outfit ?

there aren't "updates" to outfits...if you have classic layers or prim parts...they "stay" on the classic avatar.  *maybe* a few people have offered the classic layers in an Omega form, to be able to add to the Maitreya body...but pretty much, you will need to buy/get new mesh clothing for it.

 

Good thing, though...there's a LOT of places that offer quality group gifts, $1L deals, and groups dedicated to 25L, 30L, 35L, 50L, 60L, and others.  Plus check on MP...you will be surprised

Some places do offer updates and will announce this in group messages and if you still in that group they often will send update too. Another way is to go to store and look and if you find an item has been updated then go hit the re-delivery terminal. 

Its nice to get new clothes for your new avi anyway. Join some groups and get group gifts. 

Blueberry and Maitreya Lara is good place to start and Empire for shoes (you can still wear your slink shoes if you have the feet).

The Maitreya body is a good place to start. Additionally, if you’re looking for a bento mesh head - Vista has their marked significantly lower than other popular heads. Just keep in mind that once you update to mesh, none of your system applied clothes will work any longer.
