Viewer II issues

My sl viewer II crashed when i was in IMs. I had trouble re-logging, and when i was able to get back on, the viewer was missing its options tabs as well as inventory, LMs, outfits, even the original help tab is gone. the only things i can do is walk, sit, and stand, cant pick up my prims or build new ones. the other thing that changed on the viewer is a weird bar on the bottom with some limmited options, and a help menu which is limmited to showing one how to walk n such.  I deleted it and Re-installed viewer II, but same thing happened. I went to phoenix, but now most of my textures are not in my inventory when i try to build.  what happened?
