That pic is edited on photoshop, even if the hair looks like that, might be fixed to make it look more natural like, removing parts that shouldn't be shown, improving the look of the strings and giving it more details. What I mean is, you might find the hair she's wearing, but it'll hardly look like it does in the photo.
