I can't even see the hair in that pic.  It's a black blur.  If you have a better photo, you might ask in the Fashion forum.  They deal with questions like that and may have better luck.

for the future you can buy a what are they wearing HUD off the marketplace that will list all the attachments someone is wearing or send them an IM
