How far does it get through the login process, can you tell from the messages what it is stuck at?

Delete your cache and restart.

 

In windows 7: C --> Users --> User Name --> AppData --> Roaming --> Secondfile --> Delete everything in this folder.

Like LoveAngel said, clear cache. You can also do this at the login screen, before you log in, by going to Me in the top left, then preferences, then setup then hit the reset button.

This solved my problem, thank you! I kept clearing the cache from the viewer preferences, but it looks like it needs to be done right from windows' explorer.

It would be great if this was added to the SL or Phoenix's wikis.
