sl won t work

i just got a hp all in one pc with win 10 downloaded sl it gives me a message that the graphics r out of date or unsupported hardware or not installed properly i did a update on the graphics card said it ws up to date

the graphic card is a intel[r] hd graphics and the processor is a intel [r] Pentium[r] cpu g 620 2.60ghz the chipset is a 100 series/ c 230 series chipset family

Uh-oh.  If that's an older PC that is using an Intel graphics chip, there may not be a driver for Windows 10 that will support the graphics in SL.  See https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/support/articles/000005526/graphics-drivers.html

Yes, but which Intel HD graphics chip?  If you looked at the link I gave you earlier, you should have seen that Intel does not make Windows 10 graphics drivers for all of its chips.  If yours is not supported, the chip won't work for SL.

If you are using the Firestorm viewer, you may be able to use a workaround.  Please read http://wiki.phoenixviewer.com/fs_intel_fix_32bit

If it's intel HD 3000 (I have it on my notebook) Firestorm has a fix and the SL official viewer works just fine.
