Is it possible to recover an account (free) using another email?

I had an account in 2014, but I do not remember the reason for the exclusion, but I know the name. But the email I used is forever deleted. Would it be possible to reactivate using another address?

From the Knowledge Base:

If you know your username but have forgotten your password, go to the password recovery page. Enter your username and click Send Instructions to have instructions on how to create a new password sent to the email address connected to the account . You'll need to answer the security question you chose when creating your Second Life account. Be sure to check your junk mail/spam folder.

If you can't recall the answer to your security question or no longer have access to the e-mail account you provided, just contact Customer Support, preferably by opening a support case. You'll be asked to verify your identity and, working together, we can reset your security question.

We apologize in advance that support cannot retrieve passwords. Luckily, this won't be an issue once we reset your security question.

If by this you mean that your account was banned by Linden Lab, then no, you can't get it back.  Otherwise, follow the instructions Rolig quoted you.

Also note that the security questions (three when I tried for my alt) had to ALL be answered and on my list I had to know the last name of someone on my friends list LOL which I did NOT :D.  Since it is unlikely you would want a ton of stuff you had in 2014 you might just want to start over :D.   

If "exclusion" means you were banned you might not be able to do that unless you have a new computer / IP. Apparently it depends on the level of "banning" :D.  No official info; just what has been written here.
