inventory floating windo

Is anyone having issue's with the inventory floating window not showing up when you click inventory. if anyone knows how to resolve the issue it would be gratefully appreciated. i have tried reinstalling the viewer and zooming out to find but am having no luck with it.

The inventory window may be opening off screen.  Check around the edges of your screen.  Hopefully you can see a couple of pixels poking out from the edge of the screen or the toolbar buttons.
If you cannot, you should be able to open a secondary inventory window using CTRL+SHIFT+I as a workaround for now.

To fix the main inventory window opening off screen, do the following:

• Activate the Advanced menu in the top menu bar of the viewer using CTRL+ALT+D.
• Advanced -> Show debug settings.
• Make sure your inventory is not open - the inventory toolbar button should be in an unpressed state.
• In debug settings, find the setting floater_pos_inventory_x & set the value to zero.
• Also set floater_pos_inventory_y  to zero.
• Do NOT open your inventory yet or this will not work.
• Relog.
• Now open inventory.

Does that fix it?
