agentronin 8
I have seen that the hitbox height is roughly the same as its avatar's height. What is its width? I read in a thread elsewhere the hitbox is not an accurate representation of the shape a weapon must hit to do meter damage. How closely does this shape conform to the avatar's shape? agentronin 8
I made measurements with conical prim objects. I aligned each of the cone's tips with the vertical hitbox lines on my avatar, and using position information from the Editor I used the Pythagorean Theorem to find the distance between the two prims. I found the width and depth dimensions of the hitbox's two ends to be 0.6 meters.
Callum Meriman 7,156
Picture is not the normal me, but to make a point... Developer Menu > Render Metadata > Avatar Hit Boxes shows the hitbox in purple. Three avatars: Now, making a prim replica of the Horse's hitbox and turning back to Human The Z will change in line with the height of your system body, just a little shorter. The X and Y remain as 0.6M and 0.44M Add on a deforming mesh/bento or prim avatar as you see there, and they do not factor into the hit box size. The Z always comes from your system body.
