Premiun home to be changed to land

Im a premium member, having a Premium home, i wish to change it to land, and i want to create or built a home by myself - i wana know what is the procedure, how can i do it, Please suggest.

about the house:

first pic up your items, stand in your linden home, click about land/parcel details, click abandon, done

Than go to search, land and rentals, choose a size or costs, be sure it's mainland or your paid tier level won't count, pick a suitable maturity level, find a plce, buy it and start your new adventure.

 

about mentioning your email read some pages about security on the internet, it's not very wise to publish it. Nearly sure you'r on several spamlists very soon.

Note that the free tier that you can use instead of the house is 512 sqm.  If you get any land size over that, you will have a monthly fee.  i.e. If you buy a plot that is 1024 sqm, you will pay a monthly fee of US $5 for the additional 512 sqm.  To see all tier rates, go to https://secondlife.com/my/account/landfees.php
