Name Change

I've seen avatars change the way there names are displayed. How do I change my display name? I'm currently using the pheonix viewer.

On your web browser go to https://my.secondlife.com/lochian.karillion and log in.
In the window click Edit Profile and then Set your display name

On Phoenix go to Edit menu at top of screen and choose "Display Name".

You can only change your name once a week.

The quick answer is NO. Your username (the one you registered with and you use for login) is permanent. You CAN use a Display name in world, though. It's like using a nickname in RL. To see how, check the links I posted earlier in this thread.
