breaking and entering, trespassing and grand theft of cookies.

If you don't break or disable security devices, it's not really B&E.

If it is freely accessible to public entry (no B&E) then there must be prominently displayed signs stating no access or it isn't trespassing.

The cookies are all on you, tho.  I'm afraid you will have to do some hard time in the slammer.

I rode through a city without any clothes on, on a bicycle. Long ago of course, when I was very young.

So forget all your duties oh yeah!
Fat bottomed girls they'll be riding today
So look out for those beauties oh yeah"

Maybe, maybe not.  In Colorado, my property and house are considered 'private property' without me putting up any sort of barriers or signs.  If someone came into my house, uninvited, even if the door is unlocked, it is still trespassing.

Driving an unregistered, uninsured vehicle, at excessive speeds, off bridges, into canals. Associating with known arsonists. Firing a weapon within city limits. Building and placing houses without permits, and almost certainly violating building codes. Crossbreeding hexed, feral apples.

I'm not bad. I'm just rendered that way.
