i got mines a few days ago only for the sale as otherwise its just not worth it, so when they say 49 active days does that mean if i dont long in for a day it restarts ? (getting that 1k "signing" bonus)

Sign-up bonus

When you register for a premium account, you get a sign-up bonus of L$1,000, deposited directly into your Second Life account once your premium membership has been active for 45 consecutive days.

That means: 45 days after you sign up for a Premium account, you get L$1000, as long as you haven't decided to drop the membership in the meantime.  You can't get a Premium account, keep it for a week, cancel it, and still get your L$1000.  And you can't keep it for a week, cancel it, and sign up again three weeks later and expect to get the L$1000. You have to be a Premium member for 45 days in a row.

Yup.  That is paid every week, whether you log in or not.
