Process Credit Date

So,it's a given that Process Credit requests take a number of business days.  It's been that way for a long time.  But with the increase in rates and such coming up on the 3rd (it's already the 2nd according to LL servers on the financial side), my mind is wondering:  Will the fee rates that are applied to orders made on the 1st/2nd be based on the date the order was placed, or based on the date that Linden Lab gets to processing them, because if it's the latter, they have absolutely no incentive to do any process credit requests until after the third, when they will skim 2x the money.

So..  how is this being handled?

Good question.  I suggest you do a Process Credit right away and let us know the results.
