Edited to add this..Sometimes they're called poofers, sometimes emitters...it's all the same really, it emits particles. Which one precisely, I do not know(I am checking MP< but frankly, there are a LOT of them, and it may not even be from there). They're super easy to make if you don't want to buy one, but you should know that a great deal of people can't see them because we keep particles turned off(because they can be uber annoying), and a lot of places don't allow guests to wear/use them, for the same reason.
