Love Zhaoying Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 (edited) Using LL official viewer, Windows 10, 64-bit On logging into SL I get this Error: "Please either install Flash or H.264 decoder to support player", with title "JavaScript alert - https://www.tube8.com" Any help is appreciated! *Update* I now have sound in SL BUT I still get the error! Whirly Fizzle Posted December 23, 2017 Share Posted December 23, 2017 Does that error message appear just as the login screen image loads? Can you take a screenshot of the error message? That error has nothing to do with the viewer as such but I suspect that maybe you have a browser hijacker on your system that's attempting to redirect the login page to tube8.com.
