In July 2016, even a few bucks for a mobile SL viewer were too expensive.

Do you seriously believe that you'll get your demands for less?

Bear in mind that this won't come cheap.  They don't do it anymore, but there used to be a creator who offered to create custom skins based on RL photos you sent them, so you could have an avatar that looked like your Real Life self.  The price for this service was over $100 USD.

if Ri still is after the same "look" as she wants for some years now  it would't be possible from pictures, ... it's protected by serveral copyrights..would make things very complicated.
