I bought coins, not showing in balance

i seriously doubt you bought anything... you don't even have a payment method, so buying things won;t work.

Read the billing section in the knowledge base about adding payment method to your account.

Read carefully, because or most likely you will come back... "it doesn't work"  .... only Skrill, Paypal Credit Cards... NOT debit  or pre paids.

Also read the section about buying L$ (linden dollars, we don't have coins)

It sounds like you clicked on a link to a membership for another game, thinking it was a Second Life link you were clicking on. "VIP" and "coins" are terms used in IMVU, a completely separate game.
