Redelivery not working?

Question

I purchased an item today at an event, never got it. I went to the creator's store, clicked on redelivery, nothing.

I've sent the creator a notecard with the transaction info - haven't heard back from them.

Is anyone else having redelivery issues, and what else can be done about this?

As to the second question:  The only thing you can do wait for the creator and HAVE PATIENCE.   Many creators have lives outside of SL, maybe a RL job during US working hours and cannot get online during the day.  ALWAYS give a creator at least a full day to respond to issues.

What sort of redelivery system is it?  If it is the popular Caspervend system, clicking the redelivery terminal will give you a notice asking you if you want to open a web page.  If you do, you'll see a list of all the things you ever bought from a Caspervend vendor.  HOWEVER:  No Copy items cannot be redelivered.
