Milen Monaron
how can I fix this new folly, do not it appear to me? I want to play at a casino and this inscription appears constantly, what next I now do to make everything ok? Innula Zenovka
Take a look at the Skill Gaming FAQ, as it suggests, to see a variety of reasons why you might not be able to access skill gaming regions. In particular, do LL have your current billing information on file? 1
Skell Dagger
If you click the link given in the message there, and search for the word 'access' you'll come across the following section: Quote How do I know if I am eligible to access Skill Gaming Regions? The easiest way is simply to attempt to enter a Skill Gaming Region. You can check the list of prohibited jurisdictions and age requirements. It is your responsibility to know which jurisdictions are prohibited and to refrain from activity in a Skill Gaming Region if you fail to meet the requirements. Click the link of prohibited jurisdictions and age requirements given there and you'll find out whether it's because you're under the age limit for accessing a skill gaming region, or you're connecting to Second Life from a US state that prohibits access (the states are listed on that page). 2

I think they go by IP address. That's one reason they can get your location wrong -- you might be in one state but the ISP's data center is in a different one -- one of those uptight states.
