Templeton Cove Estates is a community of 11 beautiful sims that have many open spaces and amenities with homes and islands nestled tastefully in our American Lakes theme.

Munsee Island is a 1/3 of a sim with uninterrupted views to the east, north and south and has access to our 11 beautiful sims  by boat to the west.

It is rare we get a 1/3 of a sim for rent as our private islands are in great demand.

Winter is here at present but spring will arrive in early January.
