The Setup can't finish the download to land, what happens?

It always says that's problem with the network connection, But everything is running right! But I am unable to log in to Land.

What is the exact message that you are getting?

I Click 'Install', then it goes, but almost in the end a window appears and says : Sorry, we can`t download Second Life. Try checking your network connection, then run Second Life setup again. (1 2002)

 

My network connection is ok.

How strange, see if you have more success installing one of the 3rd party viewers such as Phoenix http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory
