Please restart Caldbeck and let me know when As Alwin says, you need to file a support ticket for that. Normally you'd use life chat support but I think it's down at the moment. But I went over and took a look at Caldbeck and it looks like a very healthy sim now. Two of the landowners there are friends of mine who have given me building rights so I tried to rex a few prims and the sim responded remarkably fast.
