when you click discard does it realy do that ?

does it realy discard the item  ?

 

im asking becuase some 1  thats 1 day old pretending to be marketplace redilivery tried to send me something i clicked discard and reported them cuz i havent ordered anything from the marketplace  so something seemed wierd about it   an i rember a couple days ago someone else tried to send me something and i clicked discard so it seems to be happenin more and more

Smart that you discard unknown, unrequested items, especially from newbies.
