Transferring my Items to owner of the sim

I am building on a sim for a friend and would like give her everything I havfe down .Is there way I can give her my things even though they are No transfer items, Houses, furniture, etc.?

You can't "give them" no transfer items.

What I normally do when I build for friends is allow that person to edit my things. That way they can move things around as they please.

This can be problematic depending on the friend.

The best you can do as I understand it (and I have been in several conversations lately with folks wanting me to layout their sims for them) is to use the Share with Group function with both you and the owners in the group (maybe JUST the two of you but circumstances would change this of course). So look into that as it appears to be the best solution

That would also work of course if the sim owners BOUGHT the items for their sim (which actually seems like a better idea) and let another person lay things out.
