Help needed with hands

Why would I see his hands on my viewer splayed as in the first picture but he sees them as in the second picture?  Jake Belleza body,  both using the same firestorm viewer.  We  can't work it out.  I see the hands on everyone else as expected, bento, non bento

Ok I jumped too soon.  I went to get the demo for myself and found it was the button for hands, though it was ON,  turning it off on off on a few times finally sorted it

Not ignoring the post yet. I have something to say.

Bento hands need to be animated at all times. If there is nothing animating them the fingers will relax to that splayed position.
The annoying thing is that the wearer of the hands might still see the fingers in nice position (non-splayed fingers), but others might see them splayed.
