updates Does the SL Marketplace Update and Send out Updates to products?

So I was wondering if the marketplace sends out updates to your clients when you update the inventory to a newer version?

I know long ago there was this thing called "HipppVend" where you could send out updates if you changed the inventory of the item in the old SLX boxes.

Does the MP finally do this or are we still in the dark ages?

CasperVend is often cross linked these days. The Marketplace still doesn't do it by itself.
