4 adjoined 1024m2 Horizons Apollo Parcels (4096m2 with 2812 prims)

Hi there, 

I have 4 adjoined parcels in Horizons Apollo for sale all together.  They provide 4096m2 of area with 2x prims totaling 2812!  They are protected on 3 1/2 sides.  2 sides are protected by road, 1 side is protected by water, and half of the West side is protected by a nice little park.  http://maps.secondlife.com/secondlife/Horizons Apollo/31/204/23  These are really outstanding parcels.

 

 

You can do lots with these since they are protected and you have 2812 prims to work with!

The parcels can't be joined but will work as one when you own all of them.  That makes the sale a little tricky as I have to list them individually.  If you buy one of them I will sell you the other 3 for L$1 each.  You can use them all together like I have or keep 1, 2, or 3 of them and sell the ones you don't want.

I am not in SL very often these days so a notecard is the best way to communicate with me.  I will try to check in SL every day or so but it may take me a few days to get back with you.  My apologies if this is an inconvenience but I am unable to get into SL as much as would like. (That is why I am selling) I will process all offers in the order I receive them and I promise to be fair.

I would like L$250,000 for all 4 parcels and like I said, buy one and I will sell the other 3 for L$1 each.

Hi there,   I just dropped the price to $220,000 for all 4 parcels.  Well, L$220,000 for 1 and L$1 each for the other 3.   If I don't sell in the next week I may drop the price again.  I will accept any reasonable offers.

Dropping the price.  I think 50k per parcel is a great deal as these are all together and protected on 3 1/2 sides with road and water access.  Super great location and price.

So my price is L$200k and you get 4 Horizons Apollo parcels with double prims for a crazy 2808 prim total!  Even with my cluttered house, landscaping, and skybox I still have 1220 prims left over.

I have a few standing offers but they are a bit too low.  If I don't get any takers with this new price I may take one of the lower offers.
