I bought an item in an in game store and i never got the item, however it took the linden away.

Go to your dashboard & on the left in the Account section you will find "Transaction History" on that you can find the transaction including the name of the person that got the money. Find their profile and send them an IM (including a copy of the transaction) and politely explain what happened and ask for a replacement.
