Senaias
Hello, I started playing Second Life two days ago and today I decided to get some stuff from Market Palce, unfortunately every time I put something on there's a square of preview pictures of this item. What should I do not to make it happen? Edited October 18, 2017 by Senaias
Clover Jinx
Rez the package and open it, then copy it into your inventory.
Chic Aeon
Since you are new that "rez" comment above may not make any sense. Here is the official page in the KNOWLEDGE BASE (a good place to look up things).

I still remember the 1st time I purchased an item (back in 2010 then) and received a prim with a picture on it instead. I was about to flame the creator and to leave the worst review ever but my SL mentor explained me how to rezz and open a box.
Talligurl
Ph and while we are on the subject of rookie mistakes with buying new stuff, here is another one if you happen to rent a place from someone. Pick up those boxes your things come in. I got a message from my first landlord that I was over my allowed prims, by huge amount (I had like 25 available to me and was using over 300), turns out almost all of them were packages i had left on the floor.
