every time i put my age and all my stuff in it says its wrong when i know its right

i put my data in and its all right but for some reason it says its not right and wont let me go into adult places because of it i cant hang out with some of my friends that are there x.x help

Account Verification (adding payment info to you account) will getyou access to almost all of the adult content in SL, with the exception of a few places that the owner has specified age verification as a requirement.

If you cannot get age verified by the automated system, you can submit a ticket for manual age verification, but only if you are a premium member.

Once you are either account verified or age verified you will be able to increase your  maturity rating in preferences to Adult.
