Getting a 503 error

i am trying to upload an item to sell on the marketplace, but i keep getting a 503 error.

i am using singularity viewer. 

what do i do to fix this

if you are getting a 503 error you might be trying to use the Merchant Outbox feature which is defunct, and has been for some time. A Quicker way to resolve viewer issues would be to first find their support group in-world, asking in there may get you an answer instantly, instead of waiting hours or days for someone to reply here

yea, i might have to use another viewer just to post stuff.is there something like the "xstreetxl magic box" that we used to have years ago, for sending stuff to the marketplace now?

Singularity doesn't have support for the new method of sending items to the Marketplace.  Use another viewer & follow the instructions in the link Rya gave you above.
You can use the LL viewer: Downloads | Second Life  or Firestorm, Catznip, Alchemy from http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/Third_Party_Viewer_Directory
