Not able to buy lindens with credit card or trough Paypal

Can anyone help me out, Lindens answer was to call England for help. The girl there told me to submit get a ticket, but that option is not available anymore and also the support is gone. My creditcard  is oke and Paypal is working normal to.

So what i have to do to get lindens?????

The payment system is having problems, especially for non -US residents. The Billing numbers are supposed to help you not tell you to submit a ticket *sigh* you can try calling again to see if someone more helpful answers & if all else fails you can buy Lindens from one of the other approved exchanges http://wiki.secondlife.com/wiki/L$_Marketplace
