Do my account get closed if i paied my due payment late?

My Visa card got closed for renewal just before the due payment for my premium membership, it would probably take 2 to 4 weeks for the new card to be delivered. By then, could my account be closed for not paying in time?

I have spent a lot on this account and i have tons of stuff in it. I’m not ready to make a new one.

If it does get closed, will it be opened once i pay my dues.

Credit card companies generally deliver a new card within a couple of days, so I'd be surprised if you need to worry for 2 to 4 weeks. The best way to get an answer to your question, though, is to contact either Live Chat or the LL Billing Office.  You'll just get educated guesses from residents here, not the level of confidence I think you want.

Seconding Rolig's suggestion of getting in touch with Live Chat and/or Billing.

Perhaps, if you want to be on the safe side, could you setup a Paypal account, verify it with a regular bank account (done within a few days) and add that PP account as payment option for your premium payments?

If the billing method becomes invalid, they will eventually lock the account until they are paid, but I do not know if there is a grace period or how long it might be.  As Lillith said, definitely contact Live Chat or Billing.
