minimum of process credits

hi,

i want process-credit and the minimum process-credit amount allowed is $10 as wrote in  https://community.secondlife.com/knowledgebase/english/account-balance-r1/Section_.2.2?lang=en-US

i have more of $10 but i get message as below

There is a problem with your account

• Your account does not have sufficent funds to request a payout.

 

i dont know why is this or  minimum credit is changed now?

Do you also have enough to cover the 1.5% fee, which is a minimum of US $3.00?

can i know how much is minimun money i can take?

it must have US $200 for fee 1.5%, US $3.00, is it correct?

then now minimum process-credits is increased because i can take the money less than US $200 before?

The mimimum fee is $3.00 - so $3.00 will be the fee for any process credit of $200.00 or less.  Yes, you can take out less than $200.00, but you will still pay a $3.00 fee.  Due to the fee, I think the real minimum for withdrawing is $13.00 - $10.00 to send to PayPal and $3.00 to give LL.

Side note - it must be US $ that you are withdrawing, not L$, so you might need to sell L$ first.

You can withdraw less than $10 USD, but only if you are in the process of canceling your account and leaving Second Life.
