Just a guess, but I'd say that you have exceeded your daily trading limit.  See https://accounts.secondlife.com/lindex/economic_limits

Your trading limit for selling L$ is initially set at ZERO.  When you buy L$ for the first time on the LindeX, your trading limits begin to increase automatically, so that after a month, as I recall, you may sell up to $30 worth of L$. 

You may request a review of your trading limits by submitting a support case.

The message specifically says that your current limit is US$0.00.  Therefore you need to buy some lindens or pay for a membership or buy something from the marketplace.  Any of those actions will start the clock and after 30 days have passed you may then sell L$, but not before then.

But before you can do that, you need to have either a credit card or a verified PayPal or Skrill account on file with Linden Lab.  As Alwin noted, you haven't done that yet. Read

How can you tell from the info she posted that there is no valid/confirmed payment info on file yet?  Granted, she probably hasn't yet, but I'm curious how that is known from what is posted.

I got the same message

in my case I have a small SL business which I run through another avatar, Once a year my alt sends the little money it makes to me and I send it to paypal. 

this year though I got this message, I signed up to some tilia thing hopping that would fix it but nothing changed, also my profile shows "no payment info" when I have been selling Linden dollars for years. not sure what to do now

Adimac, on your Dashboard go to the Linden Exchange section.  On that page Economic Limits there is a link to: Request a review of your limits

this takes you to the Support Ticket portal. File a ticket, explain your needs. and Linden Support will tell you what you may need to do on your end
