Age verification form will not work, even after providing multiple identification methods

When you say it does not work, do you mean you get an error message saying age verification failed (or something similar) or do you mean you still can't access  Adult land? If it's only the latter then all you have to do is change your preferences to view General, Mature, Adult on your viewer.

If you are a premium member you can submit a ticket on https://support.secondlife.com/create-case/ in the Account Issues category "Manual age verification".

This ticket is not available to Basic account holders, but some people have been successful by submitting the wrong ticket and making it clear that they are trying to get age verified.

To visit adult sims, you can also account verify. If you have a credit card or verified Paypal account and live in the US, you can add Billing Info to your account via your Dashboard and get account verified as here http://community.secondlife.com/t5/English-Knowledge-Base/Accessing-Adult-land-and-content/ta-p/8059... From Linden Lab's viewpoint, this is as good as age verified. However, some sim owners look for age verification but they are few and far between.

If you live outside the US you will have to purchase Lindens from the Linden Exchange link on your Dashboard and input credit card details when asked. Paypal is not an option for non-US citizens at the moment.

The title doesn't say it all.

Have you submitted a support ticket/form to Linden Labs to go through the age verification process? Are you just waiting for a response from them now?  If they have not yet responded to say you are age verified, please know that this can take from a day up to several weeks.

If LL have responded and told you that you are now age verified, you will still not be able to enter Adult-rated areas until you have changed your preferences/settings inworld.
