Can't access adult items in web search

Hi, everyone.

I can access Adult areas, also Adult items in Marketplace.

But I found the Adult checkbox in search page cannot be checked, because "This content is blocked due to your maturity settings"

I tried another account, it worked.

So I came here for some help, thanks!

Is it possible the date of birth you entered for that account is under 18?
