starting FS when I get on my PC

Since yesterday, I have been having issues loading FS when I click the icon, I have tried to reinstall, it will work but when I log off, and then later on, try to get back on, it gives me this error.  I now can not uninstall the program.  Any help would be great.. And thank yo so much!

Are you using McAfee antivirus software?
We have had a lot of reports of this problem in the last couple of weeks & we know it's caused by McAfee but we don't know why.
Firestorm has contacted McAfee about this problem but we have had no response yet.
Whitelisting the viewer in McAfee unfortunately does not fix the problem.
We know other viewers are also affected.
I installed the McAfee free trial & unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce this problem myself.

We know of no workaround yet apart from to uninstall McAfee & then reinstall the viewer.

Yes I have McAfee, and Never had this problem in two years.. So I guess it could be the newest update that they have done.  Thank you for the info, and the Help. I will keep an eye out here for anything new info..

We have a bug report filed here: FIRE-21578 - Windows Error 0xc0000020 and McAfee Issue with launching Firestorm viewer. Constantly showing "FirestormOS-Releasex64.exe - Bad Image"
