I purchased $L through the exchange website a week ago and still have yet to receive it.  I anyone else having this problem?

there is most likely no problem, but you placed a limit buy order.

Check your order history (manage button next to the buy button) and look if there's a open order. A limit buy will not proceed fast if you putted a unrealistic exchange rate for it.

You can see the current rates at the buy page, just scroll a bit down.

A difference of 2 L$ off the current rate can cause your order to be open for weeks or months...or ever...

You can cancel that order, and your money will be put on your USD balance, it won't return to your card or paypal.

From the USD balance it will be taken as first when you buy a new amount ( do the market buy if you don't know how a limit buy works)

 

If you don't have a open order, and you are sure to have paid, you need to file a ticket/ call billing/ or live chat when your premium.
