I think that much of the SL Policy has been defined. If you have suggestions or concerns about Abuse or Griefing not covered by the existing SL Terms of Service or SL Community Standards, you could attend one of the Inworld meetings.

I do not know the Schedule or which Lindens will attend.

You would want to direct your inquires at the proper forum, to the Linden responsible for your specific situation. 

 

If money is involved or if it disturbs the peace, chances are, there is a rule for it.
