i cannot add paypal for payment method

Hello i tried many times to add my paypal account that is verified with a visa electron ...and still not working ..lindens system keeps ask me to link a  cc!!but i have already linked and verifiedthat visa ! How to solve?

I have also 40 USD in the main paypal balance..

LL requires accounts that can immediately produce funds. Credit cards (so long as you're below your credit limit) and some debit cards (up to some overdraw limit) do that. Visa Electron does not. Your PayPal account must be backed by something that can do instantaneous transfers.

Even though you have sufficient funds in your PayPal account, they forward the nature of the backup account that fuels it when LL performs verification.
